Items go up to +18 without advanced and +22 with advanced which is bought on average 300/350SILKS each. Don't be scared by the plus number, you'll see that it's not that hard to get.

And for you to be full you will need to have a SET and WEAPONS full +22 LEGION, with 30 LEGION SKILLs (mark skill), as well as the DEVIL HERO full blue (quest). In addition there is the job level (maximum 27), the job suit (maximum lvl 6) and the FLAG ROC level 3.
